1. Who controls your data

Daba LLC operates Campaign Converse and is responsible for the data described here. Contact: privacy@campaignconverse.com.

2. Data we collect from you

Account data: your email address and profile details you enter, provided when you sign up with email or a social login.

Workspace data: websites you verify, campaigns, chat messages you send to the assistant, approvals you record, and settings such as budgets and pixel IDs.

Ad account credentials: access tokens or API keys you paste, or tokens issued when you authorize a network. These are stored server-side and are never returned to the browser.

Performance data: spend, impressions, clicks and conversion counts read from the ad accounts you connect.

3. Data collected through tracking links and conversions

When a visitor follows a Campaign Converse tracking link, we record the click with a click reference, the destination, and technical details such as timestamp, referring network and user agent.

When your site or server reports a conversion, we record the event, its value and currency, and any identifiers you send. Where an email address is supplied for conversion matching, it is hashed before being forwarded to an advertising network's conversions API.

You are responsible for the notice and consent shown on your own website to the visitors this describes.

4. How we use data

To operate the product: run the assistant, draft and manage campaigns, run compliance pre-flights, record approvals, sync metrics and populate your dashboards.

To forward conversion signal to the advertising networks you have connected, so your campaigns can optimize.

To secure the service, prevent abuse, provide support and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your campaign content to train our own models.

5. Who we share data with

Advertising networks you connect, for the campaigns and conversion events you choose to send them.

Infrastructure and AI providers that host the application, database and model inference used to generate assistant responses.

Authorities where required by law.

6. Security

Access to your workspace data is scoped to your account through row-level access rules in the database. Ad account credentials are held in a table that the browser cannot read and that only server-side jobs can access.

Traffic to the application is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure; we describe the controls in place rather than guaranteeing outcomes.

7. Retention

We keep workspace data for as long as your account is active. Disconnecting an ad account deletes the stored credential for that connection. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your workspace data except where we must retain records for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes.

8. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@campaignconverse.com. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local law, and you may withdraw consent or object to certain processing.

9. Children

Campaign Converse is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page reflects the current version.
